Our client is a U.S.-based technology company that provides AI receptionist solutions for businesses.

 

Job Description:

Our client is launching an outbound campaign to target businesses looking for human receptionist services. The goal is to introduce them to an AI receptionist solution. You will generate interest, transfer qualified prospects to a live AI demonstration, and schedule qualification calls.

You will make a high volume of outbound calls to U.S. businesses. You need to be confident and charismatic to capture attention and generate interest.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses.

• Use a clear and engaging opening to capture the prospect’s attention.

• Introduce the company’s AI receptionist solution and identify potential interest.

• Engage business owners in a natural, confident, and conversational manner.

• Explain the value of an AI receptionist and answer basic questions.

• Transfer interested prospects to the company’s AI receptionist for a live demonstration.

• Encourage interested prospects to schedule a qualification call.

• Document call outcomes, interested prospects, transfers, and scheduled calls accurately.

• Maintain a high level of activity to generate qualified demos.

• Adapt conversations based on prospect responses professionally and persuasively.

• Communicate fluently and naturally with U.S. business owners in English.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in sales.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with outbound cold calling.

• Experience in the technology sector.

 

Personality:

• Charismatic.

• Open to direct feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software.

• Telephony software.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

20 hours per week

Flexible schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT
