Our Client is seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage email communications at scale for their new product line. This role involves handling responses from numerous publishers and ensuring brands are featured in online publications.

Your Core Responsibilities
β’ Manage and organize high-volume email inbox.
β’ Respond to nuanced email inquiries efficiently and professionally.
β’ Collaborate with publishers to include brands in articles.
β’ Utilize AI tools to draft responses, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
β’ Engage in negotiation with publishers regarding placement terms.
β’ Contribute to team meetings and communicate effectively with team members.

β’ Proven experience in a customer support or sales development role.
β’ Exceptional native English writing skills.
β’ Ability to manage high volumes of communication and make quick decisions.
β’ Experience with email communication and negotiation.
