Partnerships Coordinator (Remote)

Type: Long-term contract
Hours: Full-time (40-45 hours per week) - 9-5PM EST
Location: Offshore / BPO-friendly

About the Company: Our client is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity). We help category-defining brands get cited and recommended by AI engines. This position will be focused on running outbound campaigns, managing publisher relationships, securing high-impact brand mentions, and measuring AI visibility growth.

Core Responsibilities:

Email Management & Research: Manage hundreds of weekly inbound collaboration emails across multiple client accounts (5–10+ brands). Evaluate websites, articles, and proposals against partnership criteria.

Negotiation: Engage with publishers and external partners via email to negotiate placement terms and pricing, securing top-tier mentions at optimal costs.

AI & Workflow Execution: Utilize Claude, AirOps tools, and email platforms to draft accurate, highly efficient responses and scale outreach.

Data Tracking & Reporting: Log collaboration details in Google Sheets, track deal stages (secured, pending, declined), and report key metrics and placement recommendations to internal teams via Slack.

Process Building: Help build and refine operational playbooks in a fast-paced, early-stage product environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven Experience: Background in customer support, sales development (SDR), outreach, or digital negotiation.

• English Proficiency: C2 / Native-level written English skills.

• High Attention to Detail: Comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive data entry and evaluation tasks with speed and accuracy.

• Research & Negotiation: Strong web research capability paired with a confident, persuasive, and professional email negotiation style.
  
  

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with AI communication tools (Claude, ChatGPT).

• Prior experience in SEO, PR, digital marketing, or publisher outreach.
