About the Company:

Our client operates a white-label SaaS operating system for private credit and real estate lending businesses.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a self-driven, dependable, and clear-spoken Part-Time Business Development Representative. In this role, you will manage outbound cold calling campaigns. You will target property owners who are nearing hard money loan expirations or are looking for refinancing and property purchase opportunities. You will make outbound phone calls from a list of bulk leads. Your job is to engage property owners, check their interest, and schedule qualified leads for loan officers. This role focuses on lead generation and appointment setting. You will not be closing deals or handling complex sales during calls.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Initiate outbound calls to property owners using RingCentral from a list of pre-sourced bulk leads.

• Assess property owner needs for hard money loan refinancing and property acquisition.

• Follow phone scripts to engage prospective clients.

• Transfer interested leads to loan officers.

• Work through batches of 500 leads.

• Aim to generate approximately 2 closed loans per week from your lead pipeline.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent English clarity with minimal accent.

• Dependable phone manners.

• Discipline to follow scripted conversation flows.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in financing, hard money loans, real estate, or mortgage refinancing.

• Candidates located in South Africa, South America, or Europe.

• Strong time zone alignment with the US East Coast.

 

Personality:

• Self-driven.

• Dependable.

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• RingCentral or similar VOIP/dialer software.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET

20 hours per week
