Job Description:

We are looking for an organized person to help with back office tasks and keep order in the business. You will manage the books, assign receipts to projects, and keep communication flowing with the certified public accountant. You will also make payments to investors and help organize administrative workflows.

You will work closely with the business owner to sort out QuickBooks and handle daily administrative duties. This role is a great chance to bring structure and peace of mind to a busy business environment.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Maintain the books and assign all receipts to the correct projects

• Keep communication active between the business and the certified public accountant

• Make payments to investors

• Help organize the back office and administrative operations

• Review incoming business offers from emails and texts using existing standard operating procedures

• Answer investor emails and handle follow-up phone calls or WhatsApp messages

• Send monthly updates and photo updates to investors

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience using QuickBooks

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background or openness to using cloud integration tools to speed up workflows

 

Personality:

• Organized

• Attentive and quick to notify the team when new items arrive

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
