Our client is seeking a Tech Support & Automation Specialist with a strong background in technology and marketing. This role will involve addressing tech issues, providing support, and improving workflows through automation.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Provide technical support and resolve tech issues for the team.

• Design and implement automation and workflows to improve efficiency.

• Manage and improve key platforms such as Zapier, Go High Level, Pipedrive, Asana, Active Campaign, and Get Response.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tech support and automation.

• Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies.

• Proficiency with platforms like Zapier, Go High Level, Pipedrive, Asana, Active Campaign, and Get Response.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
