Roof Maxx of Carlsbad operates a business that offers preventive maintenance for asphalt shingle roofs and a data-as-a-service business.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage communications with potential and current clients. You will follow up on leads and handle inquiries. You will also schedule appointments for property inspections and sales meetings. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system is important. You will provide clear and professional support for client onboarding and scheduling.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage lead follow-ups.

• Handle prospect inquiries.

• Conduct outreach calls using scripts.

• Schedule property inspections.

• Schedule sales appointments for the team.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Track lead statuses.

• Perform data entry within the CRM system.

• Provide initial communication and support for client onboarding.

• Support ongoing scheduling for clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, customer support, or appointment setting.

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with a clear, neutral, or Latin American accent suitable for North American clients.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to quickly learn workflow tools.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized.

• Proactive.

• Detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

08:00–17:00 PT

40 hours per week
