About the Company:

Our client provides complete land planning and subdividing services for builders and investors. They handle projects that typically generate $10,000 to $15,000 with a 60-day turnaround for real estate builders and property investors in the Houston area.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to build their presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will develop and execute a social media strategy. Your focus will be on creating educational content that explains complex land planning and subdividing services. You will work independently and use AI tools for content generation. You will also help explore Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

You will start with a briefing session to understand the business, target audience, and brand tone. You will then review existing social media assets and set up necessary tools. The role requires autonomous execution without micro-management.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and execute social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok.

• Create educational content about land planning and subdividing services.

• Manage social media presence autonomously.

• Utilize AI tools for content generation while ensuring professional output.

• Conduct an audit of existing social media assets.

• Set up necessary software and communication tools.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of social media marketing experience.

• Ability to lead and direct strategy independently.

• Proven ability to build and manage a presence on Instagram and TikTok.

• Ability to create content that explains complex services.

• Must require zero micro-management and be proactive.

• C1 or C2 English level.

• Part-time commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.
