We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. You will handle customer payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate has experience in collections. You should have strong communication skills. You should also have a proactive approach to understanding and resolving payment delays.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.

• Understand why customers have not paid and work toward resolving payment issues.

• Maintain a professional and persistent approach to collections.

• Handle email follow-ups and other administrative tasks related to the collections process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.

• Strong phone communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• A collections mindset, with a focus on payment recovery rather than sales.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills; accent clarity is important.

• Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

 

Schedule:

Full-time

9 AM to 5 PM EST
