About the Company:

Our client is a jewellery business that is transitioning to B2C.

 

Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. This includes managing manufacturing, sourcing raw materials, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. You will also play a key role in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow and scale production.

You will need to hit the ground running and contribute to the development of SOPs. This role requires a strong leader who can manage diverse teams and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Supervise bench jewelers, 3D designers, casters, and setters.

• Ensure every piece meets high standards of craftsmanship, durability, and hallmark accuracy.

• Improve workshop efficiency and scale production without losing artisanal quality.

• Oversee the ethical and cost-effective sourcing of precious metals and gemstones.

• Manage relationships with miners, gem cutters, and metal refiners.

• Track high-value inventory securely to prevent loss, theft, or stock discrepancies.

• Manage secure shipping, insurance, and delivery for high-value client orders.

• Coordinate logistics between physical storefronts, wholesale accounts, and online sales platforms.

• Develop Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in operations.

• Experience with high-value products.

• Tech experience.

• C2 English level.
