Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Ads Operations Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial for managing and improving their advertising operations. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of ad campaigns and ensuring smooth execution.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and execute ad campaigns.

• Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Work with ad platforms and internal systems.

• Implement technical solutions for ad operations.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in ad operations or a related technical field.

• Strong understanding of advertising technology.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

• C1 or C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ad servers.

• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and driven ("go getter").

• Adaptable to a startup environment.

• Able to start quickly and perform well ("hit the ground running").

• Strong work ethic.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Flexible hours with a 6-hour overlap during 9 AM - 5 PM ET

No weekend work

40 hours per week
