About the Company:

Our client manages outbound business development for two clients.

 

Job Description:

You manage outbound business development for two clients. You take over prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Your main goal is to get qualified meetings on the calendar. This is a part-time role to start with flexible hours and room to grow.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Research and build lead lists of US military bases and recreation facilities for an audiovisual and entertainment solutions company

• Prospect for local business owners to become corporate sponsors for a wildlife and outdoors foundation

• Make cold calls and send email outreach following provided scripts and processes

• Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers

• Book discovery calls and lunch meetings

• Keep simple and accurate records of activity and outcomes

• Report weekly on calls made, conversations held, and meetings booked

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 English with a neutral US accent, or living experience in the US, or voice and acting experience adapting accents

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales for US companies

• Availability for about 15 hours per week

 

Preferred Skills:

• Texas or Southern accent

• Experience selling to government, military, or nonprofit organizations

• Familiarity with hunting, fishing, or outdoor culture

 

Personality:

• Comfortable making phone calls to US businesses and handling rejection professionally

 

Software & Tools:

• Apollo

• Dialers such as Aircall or RingCentral

 

Schedule:

Most hours overlap US Central Time business hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT
