Our client is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle customer communications through calls and emails

• Manage invoices

• Schedule appointments and dispatch workers

• Follow up on previous clients' services

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• English level C1 or C2

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bookkeeping experience

• Dispatcher experience

 

Personality:

• Process-driven

• Customer-focused

• Proactive

• Comfortable with frequent calls

 

Software & Tools:

• ServiceM8

 

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 09:00–13:00 America/New_York

20 hours per week
