Job Description:

Our client is seeking a structured and proactive Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator. You will manage the initial candidate screening and interview coordination process for high-volume, entry-level roles. Your goal is to filter candidate pipelines so that operations and HR leadership can connect with top talent.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Review high-volume candidate applications and resumes.

• Reach out to prospective hires to schedule interviews.

• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Conduct preliminary screening interviews using a structured question rubric.

• Evaluate past employment history, driving records, and physical requirements for roles.

• Filter and forward top candidates to Operations and HR Managers for secondary interviews.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• C2 English level.

• Excellent phone presence and professional demeanor.

• Clear verbal communication skills.

• Strong candidate tracking skills.

• Strong scheduling efficiency.

• Strong follow-through skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background or degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Previous experience with recruitment coordination.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• Indeed.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00 - 16:00 PT

Weekends off

30 hours per week

 

Salary and Benefits:
