About the Company:

Our client is a company that creates body butter products and also runs a business development agency.

 

Job Description:

This role involves two main areas of focus. You will spend 70% of your time with Mayana's Body Butters. You will build relationships and reach out to potential customers. You will also help coordinate social media and email communications. The other 30% of your time will be spent with We Engage Agency. You will find and close new local business clients for them.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You will need to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. You will also track performance and ensure client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Identify potential retail buyers, boutique owners, and online customers for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Initiate genuine contact with prospects for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Make follow-up calls to set up meetings for closing deals for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Monitor social media dashboards and coordinate communications for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Ensure newsletter and outreach messaging align with social media content for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Dispatch content across platforms for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Develop and coordinate newsletter assets for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Prepare David for in-person meetings for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Send follow-up recaps to establish cadence and accountability for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Keep a record of relationship status and communication history for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Report on engagement trends and KPIs for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Coordinate the outreach calendar with David's schedule for Mayana's Body Butters.

• Identify, build relationships with, and close new local business clients for We Engage Agency.

• Make follow-up calls to move warm connections toward a booked meeting for We Engage Agency.

• Close deals directly when a lead is well-matched for We Engage Agency.

• Lead discovery and close for We Engage Agency.

• Hand off production to David once a client signs for We Engage Agency.

• Stay the relationship owner through production and delivery for We Engage Agency.

• Speak to We Engage Agency's services confidently.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.

• Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it.

• Comfortable working phone and virtual channels.

• Understanding of relationship building as a long-term strategy.

• Ability to manage a calendar and cadence across multiple brands and platforms.

• Comfortable representing brands based in the San Gabriel Valley / Pasadena area while working remotely.

• C1 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using tools or AI to speed up research and outreach.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented, ensuring no AI artifacts in communications.

• Organized.

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• Social media dashboards.

• Newsletter building tools.

• AI tools for research and outreach.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM PST

 

Salary and Benefits:
