About the Company:

Our client runs a construction company and needs to hire virtual assistants to handle their recruiting function.

 

Job Description:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to candidates who have applied to work for the company. You will use a provided script and need to make between 50 to 100 outbound calls per day. This is a long-term position with the potential to grow into a full-time role with increased responsibilities, such as calling old leads or inbound leads.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make between 50 to 100 outbound calls per day.

• Use a provided script for calls.

• Call candidates who have applied to work for the company.

• Potentially call old leads to revive them.

• Potentially handle inbound leads.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales.

• Native English level.

• Understanding of sales tonality, knowing when to let the prospect speak, and when to pause.

• Experience with CRM software is valuable.

• Experience using Pipedrive is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Pipedrive and JustCall.

 

Personality:

• Flexible availability to make calls at different times of the day and on different days of the week, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work independently.

• Willingness to undergo extensive training (10-30 hours).

 

Software & Tools:

• Pipedrive

• JustCall

 

Schedule:

• Looking for 20 to 30 hours per week.

• Ideal schedule includes 12 to 15 shifts per week, with each shift being 2 hours long.

• Must be available for calls in the morning, afternoon, and evening, including weekends.

• Example desired schedule: Saturday 11 AM - 2 PM, Sunday 4 PM - 7 PM, Monday 5 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday 5 PM - 9 PM, Wednesday 10 AM - 2 PM, Thursday 2 PM - 6 PM, Friday 3 PM - 8 PM.

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
