Our client provides spaces for Parking RV´s, including high-speed WiFi, brand new bathrooms and showers, on-site laundry, 30/50 AMP hookups, and 24/7 security.

Job Description:

You will join the team as a part-time Customer Success Agent. You will handle inbound calls and support our customers.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer inbound calls

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Spanish fluency

• C1 or C2 English level

Personality:

• Comfortable on the phone

• Proactive

• With a sales background

• Warm and caring

Software & Tools:

• GoHigh Level

Schedule:

Mon - Sun (Weekends included) for 28 hours per week between the working hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm CST.
