About the Role:

Be the voice of our clients' businesses, helping their customers by phone, email and chat.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chats

• Resolve questions, orders and issues

• Log every interaction in the help desk or CRM

• Escalate complex cases to the right team

• Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied

• Keep up to date with products and policies

 

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation

• Empathy, patience and a problem-solving attitude

• Comfortable with help desk tools

• A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection

 

Nice to Have:

• Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias

• Experience in e-commerce or with US customers

 

English Level:

Advanced (C1 or higher), with clear pronunciation

 

Schedule:

Full time, US business hours
