Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with their marketing tasks. You will manage social media and create content. You will also handle administrative duties and communicate with clients. Following set processes carefully is important for this role.

Success in the first 90 days means making a strong start in your first month. A strong performer may move to a full-time role sooner.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Help with social media management.

• Create engaging content, including from photos and videos.

• Perform various administrative tasks.

• Call and text clients as needed.

• Follow set processes with close attention to detail.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management.

• Significant attention to detail.

• Process-oriented approach to work.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• C1 or C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong content creation skills.

• Experience creating content from photos and videos.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

• Communicative.

• Detail-oriented.

• Process-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

• Social media platforms.

• GoHighLevel (preferred).

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PT

20 hours per week

No weekend work.
