Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing patient schedules and appointments. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure smooth operations. You will also focus on customer service and sales support.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle inbound calls from patients.

• Make outbound calls to reschedule or move patient appointments.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Upsell services to clients or patients.

• Communicate with Sales Agents and SPA (Sales Process Administrators) when needed.

• Manage the overall schedule effectively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems.

 

Personality:

• Patient and empathetic.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Experience with scheduling software.

 

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

9 AM–5 PM EST
