Our client is a custom product manufacturer serving the marine industry.

 

Job Description:

Our client needs a professional voice to answer every call during business hours. You will document call details and route them to the right person. This role is important because rapid growth has made their previous approach to answering calls unsustainable.

You will learn the ticketing system, the types of callers, and who tickets get assigned to. Then, you will take live calls. Success in the first 90 days means every call is answered professionally and every ticket is logged correctly.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer incoming calls from customers, manufacturers, and prospects during business hours.

• Listen carefully and document the call details.

• Create tickets in the client’s custom ticketing system.

• Assign tickets to the right person.

• Keep a professional, upbeat, and friendly phone presence on every call.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent English (C1 or C2 level).

• Professional and upbeat phone presence.

• Independence.

• Quick learning ability.

• Reliable availability during the call window.

• Accurate note-taking skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Reception or call handling experience.

• Experience with ticketing systems.

 

Personality:

• Independent.

• Learns quickly.

• Sounds professional, upbeat, and happy on the phone.

• Self-directed.

• Friendly.

• Clear documentation of every call.

 

Software & Tools:

• Client’s custom ticketing system (web-based).

 

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Flexible hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST

10 hours per week
