Job Description:

You will create a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will also manage automations within the CRM. This role requires you to lead development efforts.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design and build a new CRM system.

• Manage and improve CRM automations.

• Lead development projects and mentor other developers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Ensure the CRM system is scalable and maintainable.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.

• Proven experience building and managing CRM systems.

• Experience with automation tools and workflows.

• Experience leading development teams.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
