About the Role:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US companies, delivering a great experience on every call.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls following scripts and procedures

• Schedule appointments and process requests

• Update records in the CRM after every call

• Meet quality and productivity targets

• Escalate issues to the right team

 

Requirements:

• Call center experience (inbound or outbound)

• Advanced English (C1 or higher), clear and confident on the phone

• Comfortable working with metrics and targets

• A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection

 

Nice to Have:

• Dialers or VoIP tools (RingCentral, Five9, Aircall)

• Sales or collections experience

 

English Level:

Advanced (C1 or higher), clear and confident on the phone

 

Schedule:

Full time, US business hours
