Our client is a military family owned, non-medical home care agency in Southern California that provides in-home care for seniors and veterans.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a proactive right-hand person to help run operations and drive expansion. This role involves conducting client assessments, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating outreach efforts. You will be a key part of a military family mission, supporting seniors and veterans with in-home care.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Run phone and Zoom assessments with private-pay clients.

• Schedule in-person assessments for the supervisor.

• Manage email campaigns in Constant Contact.

• Create social media content in Canva.

• Engage the audience on Instagram and Facebook.

• Find relevant events through the local Chamber of Commerce.

• Coordinate with the on-site supervisor for events.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bilingual English and Spanish.

• Sales ability for phone and Zoom assessments with private-pay clients.

• C1 or C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Constant Contact.

• Experience with Canva.

• Social media content creation.

• Marketing to seniors and their families.

• Experience in home care or healthcare sales.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

10:00 to 14:00 Eastern Time.

20 hours per week.

No weekends.
