Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager, you will create and manage content across various platforms. You will also support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the team on events and partner needs.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Create weekly content for Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Tag relevant individuals in social media posts.

• Pre-schedule content 2-4 weeks in advance.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar.

• Craft announcement posts for coaches.

• Build and publish the weekly newsletter.

• Publish and promote podcast episodes.

• Edit video clips, reels, and longer-form videos.

• Create marketing presentations.

• Create marketing call-outs, special offers, and promotional content on the website and app.

• Engage with partners who need marketing support.

• Collaborate with the team to create and execute webinars.

• Set up virtual events with coaches.

• Execute virtual materials for partners.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C1 or C2 English level.

• Experience with content creation for Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Experience with email correspondence.

• Experience with video editing tools.

• Experience working with websites and apps for marketing content.

• Experience collaborating with teams on events.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Monday.com.

• Familiarity with sales concepts.

• Experience with AI content generation tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

• Video editing experience.
