Job Title: Sales Representative

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a charismatic and highly communicative Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves calling warm to hot leads on behalf of our partnered coaches to sell a coaching platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring prospects understand the value of the platform and guiding them through the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct 15-35 calls per day (varies based on schedule and lead volume).

Engage potential clients, clearly communicate the benefits of the coaching platform, and handle objections effectively.

Provide feedback to coaches and account managers based on sales calls.

Attend team meetings per week for training and strategy alignment.

Perform admin tasks, including follow-ups with previous leads.

 

Requirements:

Native English speaker or C2 level proficiency (minimal accent preferred).

Strong charismatic presence and excellent listening skills.

Ability to work between 25 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

Sales experience preferred but not required.

 

Additional Information:

No fixed commission structure at this time.

No PTO offered for this role.

Calls typically last 20+ minutes, depending on engagement.

Flexible work schedule; reps may need to adjust hours based on lead volume.
