The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates while utilizing AI tools to supercharge their workflow. Strong communication skills and a high learning agility are highly valued, as the role involves continuous interaction with various departments and global talent.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier talent across various industries using advanced search methods.

• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to optimize the sourcing and outreach pipeline.

• Maintain a highly organized candidate database and track key recruitment metrics.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and iterate on hiring strategies.

• Deliver an exceptional, high-energy candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.

• Communicate effectively with team members and ensure a seamless onboarding flow.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Scout, or in a similar outreach-driven role.

• Strong comfort level and familiarity with using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to automate tasks and draft copy.

• Excellent social and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read between the lines of a resume.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize hiring pipelines efficiently.

• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and "growth-hacking" sourcing skills.
