Job Title: VDC/BIM Engineer

 

About the Company:

Our client is a constructability-led VDC firm specializing in MEPF coordination, delivering clash-free models ready to become digital twins.

 

What You'll Do:

Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit to create and maintain BIM models, coordinate models across various disciplines, and develop VDC models for plumbing, low voltage electrical, and fire alarm systems.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain BIM models in Revit.

• Coordinate models between different disciplines, focusing on clash detection.

• Develop VDC models for plumbing, low voltage electrical, and fire alarm systems.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams on commercial projects.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of models according to project standards.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in Revit.

• Knowledge in BIM modeling for construction, with a preference for experience in commercial or infrastructure projects.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MEPF coordination.

• Familiarity with digital twin technology.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Revit

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM to 5 PM MST
