Job Description:
Our Client seeks a proactive Appointment Setter to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and schedule appointments and provide support to the office for optimal efficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess a sales-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using Service Titan CRM.
• Handle inbound calls and transfer them to the AI answering service if not answered within three rings.
• Review and manage the daily Service Titan schedule, unsold estimates, and follow-ups.
• Assist in outbound calls to sell memberships and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in appointment setting or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Service Titan.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the HVAC industry.
• Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality:
• Outgoing and personable with a customer-focused attitude.
• Sales-driven with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Software & Tools:
• Service Titan CRM
• Time tracking tools like Time Doctor or similar systems for monitoring productivity.
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
9 to 5 PST
Salary and Benefits:
