Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated part-time contractor to respond to and contact off-market business leads. This role involves gathering crucial data and presenting business opportunities to buyers.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to and contact off-market business leads within 30 minutes of receipt.

• Gather key data including years in business, reason for selling, profit, and revenue.

• Nurture leads within the CRM, advancing them through specific stages after initial contact.

• Present gathered business opportunities to potential buyers.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High English proficiency.

• Availability to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), specifically four hours per day, Monday through Friday, during Eastern Time.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead nurturing and CRM management.

• Strong data gathering and presentation skills.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Strong communication skills and responsive.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM system (specific software details will be provided during onboarding).

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 1 PM EST
