Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Video Editor to assist Our Client in managing and growing her social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, social media content creation, and a flair for creativity.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Edit and manage short video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Add captions, text, and creative elements to enhance the video's impact and humor.

• Collaborate with Our Client to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for content.

• Ensure consistent posting of content (approximately five videos per week).

• Adapt content to fit the style and tone of Our Client's brand.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

• Ability to add creative elements such as captions and humorous text to video content.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing social media accounts and content strategies.

• Background in film or media studies is a plus.

• Familiarity with comedy content creation is advantageous.

 

Personality:

• Creative and proactive in suggesting new ideas.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Flexible and adaptable to changes in content needs and strategies.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus.
