Job Description

The role involves leading follow-ups with new leads and trial clients, utilizing client-provided scripts for effective communication, and managing interactions through a CRM system. The goal is to convert trial clients into paying memberships while providing light administrative support.

 

Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead Follow-Up (Calls & Texts)

• Make the first call to new leads.

• Inform them about the free trial and encourage them to sign up.

• Use client-provided scripts for calls and text messages.

• Trial Client Follow-Up

• Contact trial clients at specific moments during their trial period based on pre-defined scenarios.

• Send personalized text messages.

• Goal: convert trials into paying memberships.

• CRM Usage (Glofox)

• Work daily with automated tasks inside the CRM.

• Log interactions, call results, and sent texts.

• Light Administrative Tasks (Backend Support)

• Help with small admin tasks such as schedule setup and basic CRM management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales (appointment setting or lead follow-up).

• Advanced English (C1/C2) – fluent on the phone and in writing.

• Native Spanish – to serve Spanish-speaking clients.

 

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRMs.

 

Personality

• Outgoing, friendly, and empathetic personality.

• Ability to follow processes and scripts.

• Organized and consistent.

• Ability to work without constant supervision and meet daily contact goals.
