Job Description:

Our client is seeking highly competent individuals for general operations roles. These roles involve managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), addressing edge cases, and handling operational issues, including supply chain, bookkeeping, trade reconciliation, and internal and customer support.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and iterate on SOPs

• Manage SOP adherence

• Handle edge cases and miscellaneous operational issues

• Maintain >=50% work hours between 9am-10pm ET

• Collaborate with departments such as recruiting, onboarding, tech support, and quant

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High intelligence and raw problem-solving ability

• High conscientiousness and reliability

• Quick work pace and high response speed

• Strong attention to detail and high standards

• Clear, succinct, proactive communicator

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with KYC document review

• Ability to write detailed SOPs
