Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong social skills and experience in HR are highly valued, as the role involves interaction with various departments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.

• Collaborate with HR for payroll processing and related activities.

• Generate financial reports and support budgeting processes.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, especially QuickBooks Time.

• Excellent social skills for effective communication.

• Experience working in HR is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
