Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation/AI Specialist to join Our Client’s team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in workflow automation using n8n, AI agents, and copilots.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using n8n.

• Build and manage AI agents or copilots to enhance productivity and internal tools.

• Integrate third-party APIs and databases into automation workflows.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and data teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Optimize existing workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.

• Monitor automation systems and troubleshoot technical issues when they arise.

• Stay current on new developments in automation platforms and AI tools.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automation, AI integration, or a related field.

• Proven hands-on experience with n8n in production environments.

• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and scripting for automation (JavaScript or Python).

• Experience working with AI technologies such as AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based tools.

• Ability to translate business processes into scalable automation workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Comfortable working in a remote-first, agile environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom RPA solutions.

• Knowledge of data pipelines and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools.

• Experience integrating with CRM, ATS, or job-matching platforms.
