Our client is an online platform that assists couples and wedding professionals in managing the wedding planning process in a shared workspace. The platform centralizes tasks, contracts, timelines, and payments, making the entire process organized and manageable from start to finish.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support their sales efforts through outbound calling and inbound lead handling. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST). The role focuses on making outbound calls, qualifying leads, handling inbound inquiries, and scheduling appointments for the CEO to conduct demos. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, organized, and able to follow a structured process.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers daily.

• Qualify leads using simple criteria and determine interest level.

• Answer and follow up with inbound calls and inquiries.

• Schedule appointments/demos for the CEO.

• Keep records of calls, notes, and scheduled meetings in the CRM or tracking system.

• Follow up with leads when needed to secure bookings.

• Communicate clearly and professionally on every call.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold calling, call center, or customer service roles.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone presence.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

• Basic experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the wedding industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with online platforms and digital tools.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems.

• Spreadsheet applications.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Full time 40 hours 9-5 CST
