Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Cold Caller. The primary responsibility is to contact potential clients and set up appointments with warm leads. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients using a provided list of warm leads.

• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and interests.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for lead conversion.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Proven track record of successfully booking appointments.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Friendly and persuasive demeanor.

• Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software experience is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native
