Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential leads through various communication channels.

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and provide additional information as needed.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
