Job Description:
The Transaction Coordinator will oversee and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. The candidate will also assist with loan coordination tasks, ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved.
Core Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Communicate with real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and lenders to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
• Review and process all necessary documentation for transactions.
• Assist with loan coordination tasks, including liaising with lenders and clients.
• Track and report on the status of transactions and loans.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and closing processes.
• Experience with loan coordination tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Software & Tools:
• Experience with real estate transaction management software.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office Suite.
English Level:
