Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and driven Skincare Sales Consultants to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their skincare needs, and providing product and treatment recommendations. You will also support branding efforts through social media and digital design tools.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients and recommend skincare solutions tailored to their needs
  • Drive sales through personalized service and effective communication
  • Manage outreach via Zoom, Facebook, and phone-based tools
  • Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals
  • Maintain a professional appearance as required for video-based sales

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Passion for skincare and helping others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using digital tools including Zoom, Facebook, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work during the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM – 8PM PST (optional Saturdays)

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the beauty industry or previous experience in medspa environments
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva
  • Experience creating content and engaging with audiences on social media platforms
  • Occasional Tagalog communication is a plus

  • Eager to build long-term relationships within a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Consistent, punctual, and reliable

C2

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 11AM – 8PM PST (optional Saturdays)

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference
