Job Description:

Seeking a talented Junior Revenue Management Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team, contributing to the optimization and maximization of revenue potential using cutting-edge OTA ranking algorithms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the revenue management team to enhance the OTA ranking algorithm.

• Analyze data on hotel performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

• Assist in implementing revenue management strategies to increase occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR.

• Conduct audits of hotel profiles on various OTAs to ensure optimized content.

• Monitor competitor pricing, availability, and market demand to advise on pricing adjustments and promotions.

• Work with cross-functional teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.

• Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance metrics and strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements in revenue management and OTAs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or data science.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts effectively.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and industry trends.
