Job Title: Full Stack Developer

 

About the Company:

Our client is focused on providing fractional CTO partnerships for scaling businesses. They specialize in embedding with clients as their technology team, handling strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation. They work on long-term retainer partnerships rather than project-based work.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to deliver features across multiple client projects. This role requires someone who can independently transform business problems into functional features. The ideal candidate will work directly with the founder and project manager, utilizing AI-assisted workflows to enhance productivity.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop features across the full stack including frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js, Supabase, APIs), and infrastructure (deployment, migrations, edge functions).

• Integrate various systems via APIs, webhooks, and other third-party platforms such as Shopify and HubSpot.

• Create automations and internal tools to enhance client efficiency.

• Perform self-testing to ensure production-ready code.

• Adapt to different client codebases and tech stacks quickly.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of shipping real products, not just tutorial projects.

• Strong development skills across the stack; comfortable with frontend and backend tasks.

• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in daily workflows.

• Ability to work in a remote, asynchronous environment with minimal supervision.
