Our client is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to support their sales team in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency. This role involves managing CRM systems, handling leads, and performing essential administrative tasks to support the sales process.

 

Responsibilities of the Role

• Monitor and manage CRM systems, predominantly using closed.io.

• Merge leads and trace down bugs.

• Organize and manage communication across various client Slack accounts.

• Set up automated email and SMS blasts as needed.

• Maintain coordination with appointment setters and closers across different platforms.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience with CRM systems.

• Basic understanding of sales processes.

• Familiarity with closed.io and basic CRM functionality.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
