Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the pricing strategy, maintain pipeline accuracy, and drive pre-sales efficiency within the organization.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer inquiries related to quotes, inventory, post-sales support, and general product information.

• Manage and expedite ONBR quote requests by coordinating with vendors for special pricing and deal registrations.

• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate distribution requests for quick turnaround.

• Conduct market and pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, identifying upsell opportunities and areas for expansion.

• Understand and leverage purchasing contracts to deliver value to customers.

• Identify and escalate potential issues within the sales cycle to the Outside Sales Team.

• Ensure the opportunity pipeline is fully updated and accurate for monthly forecasting.

• Own the Pre-Sales ticketing system, tracking and updating open opportunities.

• Occasionally assist with processing customer purchase orders into sales orders through the ERP system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a sales operations, inside sales, or sales support role (preferably in IT or a related industry).

• Strong knowledge of pre-sales workflows and vendor coordination for pricing/deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle high volumes of requests.

• Detail-oriented with solid time management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ConnectWise, NetSuite, SmartSheets, and ChannelOnline is a strong plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software.

Schedule:

8-5 PST

Salary and Benefits:
