What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a talented iOS Developer to join their team in developing a unique video reaction messaging mobile app. This is a remote position with flexible work arrangements, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the app using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and other relevant frameworks.

• Implement video and media functionalities using AVFoundation.

• Manage media processing and storage, including cloud storage and video compression.

• Handle networking and APIs using REST APIs and WebSockets.

• Design and implement app architecture using MVVM, MVC, or similar patterns.

• Enhance user experience with animations, gestures, and polished mobile interactions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.

• Proficiency in video and media handling with AVFoundation.

• Experience with cloud media storage and video processing.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets.

• Knowledge of iOS architecture patterns like MVVM and MVC.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video recording, playback, camera sessions, and audio capture.

• Familiarity with video compression, thumbnails, transcoding, and upload optimization.
