Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Manager for their schedulers and project operators. The role involves ensuring adherence to established procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as overseeing call and writing reviews.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the team of schedulers and project operators.

• Ensure compliance with existing procedures and SOPs.

• Conduct and review calls and written communications to maintain quality standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure efficient operations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a healthcare or therapy services setting.

• Strong understanding of procedures and SOPs in a clinical or therapeutic environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Native speaker proficiency for effective communication and documentation.

• Experience with project management and team leadership.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong leadership abilities and a team player.

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with scheduling and project management software.

• Proficiency in communication tools for remote and in-person interactions.
