Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves targeting and closing sales within Latin America, focusing on markets such as Mexico and Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients in the Latin American region.

• Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Participate in meetings and support the transition of responsibilities to new team members after initial meetings.

• Prepare and deliver sales contracts and follow up on the status of contracts.

• Assist with client onboarding and provide post-sales support.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, particularly within the Latin American market.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday.

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Active Campaign.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the education sector or language learning solutions.

• Experience with commission-based sales roles.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp and its integration with sales automation systems.

 

Personality:

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Adaptable to different cultural contexts within Latin America.

 

Software & Tools:

• Active Campaign CRM

• WhatsApp integration tools like Le Talk

• Sales automation systems

 

English Level:

B1, B2

 

Schedule:

9 - 5

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Fixed salary plus commission based on sales performance.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Paid time off during holidays, particularly aligned with local holidays in the candidate's location.
