Our client is a mission-driven e-learning platform and professional community that provides ESG education, compliance consulting, and social entrepreneurship training to over 30,000 businesses. They focus on helping companies integrate profit, purpose, and sustainability.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a Sales Professional to drive outreach and sales efforts. This role involves leveraging digital tools to find leads, engaging with prospects, and managing sales processes to convert leads into clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and AI tools for lead generation.

• Send 30–50 personalized outreach messages daily via email, LinkedIn, DM, and phone.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to customize messaging.

• Schedule and conduct discovery, initial, and closing sales calls.

• Follow up with unresponsive prospects.

• Log all activities in HubSpot CRM and keep records updated.

• Oversee prospecting system and flag technical issues.

• Maintain lead lists and track tasks using Trello.

• Communicate via Slack and Gmail.

• Attend a weekly 30-minute check-in meeting.

• Provide weekly reports to the CEO.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Sales experience in B2B, inside sales, business development, or account management is preferred.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet space for calls.

• Availability during U.S. business hours with flexibility for global outreach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Experience selling consulting, professional services, e-learning, or HR products.

• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, or compliance industries.

• Passion for mission-driven work.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Schedule:

20 hours a week, flexible. Must be available during U.S. business hours and occasionally after hours for global outreach.
