Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role involves administrative support, accounting-related tasks, and light phone duties.

 

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support including payment processing, invoice management, and vendor management.

• Accounting-related tasks such as invoice booking, payment tracking, uploading payment receipts, bank reconciliation, and portfolio reconciliation.

• Light phone duties, acting as the first point of contact, taking messages from vendors.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with American stakeholders.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Full-time commitment (40 hours/week).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Professional and customer-focused demeanor.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with accounting and administrative software is advantageous.

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1

 

Schedule:

9 AM to 5 PM EST
