Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy AI Automation & Operations Specialist to support business operations through automation, AI tools, and process optimization. This is not a traditional software developer role. Instead, we are looking for someone who knows how to leverage AI, automation platforms, and AI-assisted coding tools to build practical solutions that improve business efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, and similar platforms.
• Identify repetitive processes and implement automation solutions.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, research, and productivity.
• Create simple internal tools, integrations, and operational solutions using AI-assisted platforms such as Cursor.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes.
• Document processes and maintain organized records.
• Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience in operations, administration, project coordination, automation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Replit AI, or similar to create solutions and automate tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, software integrations, and business systems.
• Experience improving workflows and operational processes.
• Technical mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.

Salary and Benefits:
