Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant with significant experience in QuickBooks. The role primarily involves administrative tasks with a component of bookkeeping, supporting the organization’s operations in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, operating in Eastern Standard Time.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support.

• Manage scheduling, communications, and travel arrangements.

• Bookkeeping and financial management using QuickBooks.

• Assist in organizing interviews and hiring processes.

• Communicate with various team members and partners as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

• Proficient in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work full-time and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

 

Personality:

• Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with affluent clients.
